I am an ambitious Japanese–English translator, proficient in translating content between Japanese and English.

I was born and raised in Japan, naturally acquiring the ability to communicate and use the language in various ways depending on the occasion. When I was in high school, I developed a strong desire to learn English as my second language, as I had many opportunities to interact with foreign students. (I was in the "Global Communication" course—mainly because I knew I wouldn’t have to take as many math classes as in the other course!)

I decided to study abroad in the U.S. and attended Riverside Community College as well as Arizona State University, where I earned a degree in Education with the intention of supporting international students studying in the U.S., just like I once did. Over time, I realized that my true passion is not only helping students but also supporting anyone interested in different cultures and languages, serving as a bridge between them.

I may be new to translation, but I’m more than excited to be that bridge for you. With my firsthand experience living in both Japan and the U.S., I am confident in providing translations that are both accurate and natural-sounding.
